Based on the ideas of the founders, Sehat Damanik, S.H., M.H., Eddy Suyanto, S.H., and Agustinus Sodanding, S.H., have been continuously focused on services to the community through efforts in the areas of litigation and non-litigation/legal consultation. With a good reputation, Law Office of DSS & Partners continues to maintain long-term relationships with its clients, engaged in banking, business, property, media, contractors, forestry, insurance, capital markets, garment and other fields.

In resolution of each case, Law Office of DSS & Partners always adheres to the principle of “Amicable Resolution is the Best Resolution”. Therefore, we will only take a litigation effort after failed amicable efforts. However, it does not mean we are doubt in litigation.

Our Counselor: Hotma P.D. Sitompoel, S.H., M.H.

He is a senior lawyer who has experiences in handling numerous large cases, including various corruption criminal cases, business disputes, political, military and other cases. He founded Hotma Sitompoel & Associates Law Office. He is also the founder and erector of Mawar Saron Legal Aid, Jakarta.
